Patient 1. was operated upon and her one ovary removed for some
non-cancer reason. Unfortunately her other ovary developed Cancer. By
the time it was detected she was beyond operable stage and had spread
through out the abdomen with further metastasis in the liver and one
kidney. The Chemotherapy and Radio therapy did not work and she was
brought for Cytotron therapy that was started. Her CA125 cancer marker
was studied for monitoring progress and result is as follows:
- Before before treatment - 4500 U/ml.
- After 6 treatment sessions - 3036 U/ml.
- After 17 treatment sessions - 2715 U/ml.
- Report of CA125 after her 28th treatment session is awaited.
Patient 2 had cancer of the lungs with metastasis in multiple sites
in the brain and spine. When detected it was inoperable. The tumour had
caused paresis of the legs. Chemotherapy and radiotherapy was done
before going in for Cytotron Therapy. After a few treatment sessions
there is some recovery in the legs..
