MRI Protocol for Cytotron / RFQMR Treatment of Osteoarthritis Knees
		Position of patient on MRI bed: Supine position with arms resting on the side. MRI Sequence: 3D Fast Low Angle Shots (FLASH) sequence – with water excitation. Or Iso-volumetric 1-1.5mm, 3D FLASH sequence without water excitation from skin to skin in coronal plane, but ensure clear visualization of the Cartilage tissue. Slice Selection and measurement     Identify the point with the least cartilage thickness (point of interest, POI). Mark on the image this thickness called Target Thickness and measure it in millimeters (mm).       Identify the POI on the corresponding axial slice (of left or right knee). Measure and mark the skin to POI distance on the anterior (Y), posterior (-Y), lateral (X) and medial (-X) sides of the knee for the Right knee.        Measure and mark the skin to POI distance on the (Y), posterior (-Y), lateral (-X) and medial (X) on the image for the Left knee.   PROVIDE : CD with Software – it is essential for the dose planning.
